1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using ShortDash. Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or ban.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to:
- upload or generate content you do not have rights to use or publish;
- infringe copyright, trademark, or other IP rights;
- create or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material;
- harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others;
- attempt to bypass authentication, ownership, quota, deletion, or consent controls;
- probe, scan, or attack Service infrastructure except through authorized security programs;
- reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties without permission;
- automate account creation or abuse generation capacity in ways that harm other customers;
- upload malware or attempt to inject scripts into legal or product surfaces.
3. Source material and publishing
You are responsible for ensuring comic pages, images, scripts, audio, and other inputs are lawful to process and that outputs you publish comply with platform rules (including YouTube) and applicable law.
4. AI-generated content
Outputs may be synthetic. Do not present generated content as human-verified factual reporting when it is not. See the AI-Generated Content Disclosure.
5. Reporting
Report abuse or IP concerns to contact@khomsi.com. Include URLs, project identifiers if known, and a description of the concern.
6. Enforcement
ShortDash may investigate reports and apply graduated enforcement, including pending approval denial, suspension, ban, or deletion workflows. Emergency action may be taken for severe harm or legal risk.
